    Hi there!

I am the head coach of a small swim team in Ontario Canada and I’ve been using your practices for some time now and just LOVE them! Lots of variety, great pacing, fun ideas! We just started back in the water last week after taking the summer off and so I’m wondering how to apply your practices to ensure a great start to our swim season. I would ask for your season plan but I think that would be too much to ask lol I have created one but am wanting to see if our swim competitions match or not to know how I can tweak your practices to benefit my swimmers.

Am I making sense? Hopefully you understand.

We are therefore in week 2 of our swim season now and finish end of June. We have a competition coming up on November 2, November 17, again December 7 then break for Christmas. Competition January 18, Championships January 31, Festivals February 22 then Provincials March 5.

Would your competition schedule look somewhat like ours?

I may not even hear back from you at all but hey, I tried! πŸ™‚

Take good care and thank you for all!!
