    I love your workouts and like how each workout is tied to a specific date. Otherwise I’d cheat and just do the workouts that I think are easier. I have a question. You do quite a bit of pulling but very little kicking. Is there a logic behind so little kicking? thanks

      Great question, Chuck! I’m not sure anyone has asked me that before. You are correct, I think I do write more pulling sets than kicking sets. It’s not intentional; I think it stems from being a great kicker and a lousy puller and feeling the need to get better at pulling :). Also, in my experience coaching masters swimmers, more prefer pulling, less prefer kicking. Please kick more often and substitute kicking into sets as needed!
